Management team
Management team are the ones who manage the operational work in Luleå Studentkår. They are paid full-time and are elected by the union council for the financial year. The positions in Luleå Studentkår management group are Union President, Vice President, Project Manager with student social responsibility, Project Manager for the job market and Chief Student Protection Representative. The management team is located at Luleå Studentkår office in the students’ house and is available
09:00-16:00 Monday to Friday.

Daniella Berglund, Union President
Hi! My name is Daniella Berglund and I work as Union President for Luleå Studentkår 24/25. My job as Union President is to coordinate, train and lead the Unions’ activities and organization. This means being responsible for the management team, the union board and the union council and being the leading contact between them. I am also the one who represents the corps to external parties such as business, the municipality and the media.
Nina Björnsson, Vice President
Hi! My name is Nina Björnsson and I am Vice President of Luleå Studentkår. As Vice President, I work together with the Union President to run the Management team and the union board in its work. I am also responsible for the education committee and the daily work with education issues and education monitoring. It is my education supervisors or me that you contact if you think you have been treated unfairly, if there is something lacking in the education or if the teacher is bad at answering emails.
Rasmus Vidgren, Project manager, Student social
Hi! My name is Rasmus Vidgren and I work as a Project Manager with Student Social Responsibility 24/25. I mainly work with developing and taking advantage of students’ interest regarding student life and the study social at LTU. In addition to that, I also work with the coordination of associations, sex masters and section premises under the Luleå Studentkår. The two biggest projects I run are Nolleperioden and Islossningen.
Agnes Elliott, Project manager, Job market
Hi! My name is Agnes Elliott. I work as a Project Manager with Job Market Responsibility 24/25. My main responsibility is to create added value for our members in the form of contacts with business. In order to give our members a good connection to the job market, I organize events in connection with regional companies. In addition to that, I am responsible for the union’s communication tools, graphic profile and the Luleå Studentkårs fair, CESAR.
Eugen Larsson, Chief student protection representative
HI! My name is Eugen Larsson. I work as the Chief student protection representative 24/25. My main responsibility is to ensure that the study environments meet their standard, and I am the students’ voice in the campus transition. In addition, I maintain contact between the equal treatment committee and Luleå Studentkår. Some of the projects I am involved in and planning are the light week and the winter festival, as well as being responsible for StudentKompis.
Union Board
The union board is the body that convenes and decides what and how the union must work within the framework stipulated by the union representative. The board usually convenes approximately once a month. The board consists of the Union President and vice President of the management team, who are paid full-time. All 4 student section Presidents and two people who are elected directly by the union council are also represented on the board, which means that the board consists of 8 people.
Union Counsil
Union Counsil (KF) is Luleå Studentkårs highest decision-making body. This is where the budget, operating plan and statutes are decided and where the board and the management team report what they have worked on and are working on. The council consists of 31 members and is divided between the 4 student sections in terms of their size. All members of the Luleå Studentkår may be present during the union council, but only the members may vote during the meetings. KF usually meets approximately 2 times per semester. The meetings are chaired by a chairman.
